Abstract

Murabahah is a sale and purchase transaction of an item at the cost of the goods plus a margin agreed upon by the parties, where the seller informs the purchaser in advance of the purchase price. Payment for the sale and purchase contract can be made in cash or credit. Determination of the selling price in a murabahah contract is the result of the purchase price (cost of goods) plus a profit margin agreed by both parties, in this case the cooperative and prospective members. Promotion is a communication technique in use and delivery by using media such as; banners, posters, billboards, and brochures aimed at attracting customers' interest in a company's product. The problems studied in this study are how the pricing strategy of murabahah financing products is applied by BMT Al-Iktisab Kebun Baru Waru Branch and how is the promotion strategy of murabahah financing products implemented by BMT Al-Iktisab Kebun Baru Waru Branch. The purpose of this study is to describe the pricing strategy of murabahah financing products at BMT Al-Iktisab Kebun Baru Waru Branch. And to describe the promotion strategy on murabahah financing products at BMT Al – Iktisab Kebun Waru Waru Branch. This study uses a qualitative descriptive with a case study approach. The type of data used by the author is primary data and secondary data. Primary data in the form of interviews, observations, and documentation at BMT Al-Iktisab Kebun Baru Waru branch, secondary data in the form of contracts, brochures, and literature. The object of this research is the pricing and promotion of murabahah financing at BMT Al-Iktisab Kebun Baru Waru branch. Based on the results of these studies, it can be concluded that the pricing strategy for murabahah financing products is calculated using the equivalent percentage with theinstallment model, flat while the promotion strategy forfinancing products murabahah uses personal selling and advertising strategies
