The researcher used a qualitative research method with descriptive research. The steps in this research were to collect information or collect classification data, and then perform data analysis, interpretation, and make conclusions and reports. The research was carried out from January 13 to February 14, 2023. The results of the research the researchers conducted showed that anxiety in students can be reduced through good classroom management in several ways, namely through preventive efforts by motivating students to concentrate on lessons and conditioning students to be ready to learn in class; readiness to learn greatly determines student learning activities. The food names, one thing people can directly see in restaurants or cafes, should be attractive and persuasive as they can be used as an indirect advertisement. This research aims at tracing the features of words used in naming foods for restaurant menus and how they fulfill the function of informing, attracting, and persuading customers. This study used a qualitative method to explore the naming of food on the menus of fifty restaurants in Malang, East Java, Indonesia. The finding showed the words related to the element of the ingredient were mostly found in the naming of dishes on the menus. Namun kenyataannya yang terjadi di lapangan menunjukkan bahwa keterampilan pemecahan masalah peserta didik pada pembelajaran IPAS masih rendah. Hal ini diperkuat dari data hasil observasi yang dilakukan di SMK Negeri 6 Semarang yang menunjukkan bahwa peserta didik pasif dalam pembelajaran yakni, belum berani bertanya dan mengemukakan pendapat ketika pembelajaran berlangsung. Kondisi tersebut juga tampak dari hasil nilai kognitif yang menunjukkan 45,71% peserta didik belum tuntas atau 16 dari 35 peserta didik belum memenuhi kriteria ketuntasan (KKM) sebesar 70. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keterampilan pemecahan masalah peserta didik SMK Negeri 6 Semarang pada pembelajaran IPAS melalui model Problem Based Learning. Metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data penelitian ini diperoleh dari jawaban LKPD berbasis masalah yang dianalisis menggunakan indikator keterampilan pemecahan masalah. Di mulai dari unit terkecil dalam lingkungan yakni lingkungan keluarga. Perlakuan yang berbeda dalam tiap keluarga menjadikan pribadi yang berbeda pula. Perlakuan yang berbeda ini dapat ditinjau dari perlakuan orang tua yang berbeda pada tiap urutan kelahiran anak. Harapan orang tua pada anak yang berbeda juga mempengaruhi perlakuan orang tua pada anak tersebut, terlebih dalam hal ini yakni tentang ketekunan belajar anak tersebut. Ketekunan belajar disini mengarah pada tekat dan kekerasan hati untuk tetap belajar demi mencapai cita-cita yang diinginkan. PadaPenelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan variable bebas yaitu urutan kelahiran (sulung, tengah, dan bungsu) dan variable terikat yaitu ketekunan belajar siswa.&nbsp; Teknik pengambilan sampel yang diterapkan adalah dengan menggunakan proportional random sampling dan jumlah sampel 78 sampel pada kelas XI SMAN Negeri 2 Sumenep.</p> <p><strong>Kata kunci</strong>: Urutan Kelahiran, Ketekunan Belajar</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><em>Abstract </em></strong></p> <p><em>The environment is one that affects the process of forming a child's character. Starting from the smallest unit in the environment, namely the family environment. Different treatment in each family makes a different person. This different treatment can be seen from the treatment of different parents in each child's birth order. Parents' expectations of different children also affect the parent's treatment of the child, especially in this case, namely about the child's learning perseverance. Perseverance in learning here leads to the determination and hardness of heart to keep learning in order to achieve the desired goals. This study is a quantitative study with the independent variable, namely the order of birth (eldest, middle, and youngest) and the dependent variable, namely student learning persistence.
